Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Wrap, the video generation service published by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“Wrap”, “we”). By creating an account you accept them.

1. The service

Wrap turns a written brief into a short video generated by artificial intelligence models operated by third-party providers. Results are probabilistic: two identical briefs can produce different videos, and a video may not match your brief. We do not guarantee any particular output.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything done from your account. One person may hold one free account; automated or bulk sign-ups are prohibited and lead to the withdrawal of welcome credits or the closure of the accounts involved.

3. Credits, plans and payment

Videos are paid with credits. The cost of each video is displayed before you generate it and is debited when you submit the brief. If the generation fails for a technical reason on our side or our providers’ side, the credits are refunded in full and automatically. Credits are not refunded when a video is delivered but does not meet your expectations.

Credits come from: a one-time welcome allocation at sign-up; pay-as-you-go packs valid for 12 months from purchase; subscription plans that allocate credits every month; and subscriber top-ups that stay valid while the subscription is active. On monthly plans, unused credits lapse at the end of each billing period. On annual plans, credits are allocated monthly and unused credits accumulate until the end of the paid year. Prices are shown in euros, including applicable taxes where required, and are payable through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

4. Right of withdrawal

Credits are digital content supplied immediately. By purchasing, you expressly agree that delivery begins at once and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal for that purchase, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

5. Free tier and Wrap badge

Videos paid entirely with welcome credits carry a small Wrap badge in a corner. The badge can be removed for a one-off fee per video, which re-exports the same video without generating a new one. Videos paid with purchased or subscription credits never carry the badge.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Wrap to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or that depicts minors in any sexual context; content that reproduces protected characters, brands, logos or works without authorisation; realistic depictions of real people without their consent, including public figures; deceptive content presented as authentic footage; or content promoting violence, self-harm or discrimination. We filter briefs automatically and may review flagged content. We may refuse a generation, remove content or suspend an account that breaches these rules.

7. Your content and your rights

You keep the rights you hold in your briefs. Subject to these terms and to the terms of the underlying model providers, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for checking that your use complies with applicable law, including intellectual property and image rights. You grant us a licence to store, process and display your briefs and videos as needed to operate the service, and, for videos carrying the Wrap badge, to showcase them anonymously as examples unless you object by email.

8. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Generation times depend on our providers and can vary. We may change, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice; if we discontinue the service, unused purchased credits are refunded pro rata.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of business, or for the content of generated videos. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumers’ statutory rights.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page; this cancels any subscription immediately and erases your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the service at least 15 days before they apply. These terms are governed by French law. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may use the European online dispute resolution platform or a consumer mediator before going to court.
